• Room Layout Data: To provide the core analysis function, you need to provide us with the shape of your room and the placement of furniture within it ("Layout Data"). This data is the primary basis for our AI analysis.
• Screenshot Images: We will automatically capture a screenshot of the room layout you have drawn on the canvas ("Screenshot Images"). This image is sent to our AI service provider for visual analysis.

Information Collected Automatically

• Technical and Log Information: To maintain the normal operation of the service, ensure network security, and for service optimization, we automatically record your IP address, browser type, language settings, and date and time of access.
  Purpose: The IP address is primarily used for service access frequency limiting (Rate Limiting) and concurrent request control to prevent malicious attacks and resource abuse, protecting the fair use rights of all users. This information is not used to identify you personally.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

• AI Analysis Service Providers: We will send your Layout Data and Screenshot Images to our AI technology partner, Alibaba Cloud's DashScope service, for analysis. We only share the minimum information necessary to achieve the service's purpose. We have signed strict data processing agreements with our partners, requiring them to handle your information in accordance with our instructions, this Policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures, and prohibiting them from using this information for any other purpose. 3. Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure of Information

We highly value your data sovereignty. We will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual, except in the following cases:

• Necessary sharing to achieve core functions:
  • Sharing with AI Service Providers: To enable the AI analysis feature, we will transmit your layout image data and analysis prompts generated from your layout data, via encrypted interfaces, to our AI technology service partner—Alibaba Cloud's DashScope.
  • We only share the minimum information necessary to achieve the service's purpose. • Sharing under legal obligations: We may share your personal information externally in accordance with laws and regulations, for litigation and dispute resolution needs, or as required by administrative and judicial authorities in accordance with the law.

We will not transfer or publicly disclose your personal information without your explicit consent, unless otherwise required by law.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We adhere to the principle of data minimization and have designed a "burn after reading" data processing flow:

• Immediate Deletion of Core Data: The room layout data and screenshot images you submit are used only for the single, real-time analysis request. Once the analysis is complete, the Layout Data and Screenshot Images you submit are immediately and completely discarded. We do not save this data in any form to our server's hard drives, databases, or any persistent storage media.

Short-Term Cached Data

• To improve the response speed of repeated requests, we may temporarily cache the analysis results for a very short period (usually 5 minutes).
• This cached data is also automatically and permanently deleted upon expiration.

Technical Log Data

• The technical logs (such as IP addresses) that must be recorded to ensure the secure and stable operation of the service are the only data we retain for a period.
• These logs do not contain any of your room design details or screenshot content, and we are committed to retaining them for no longer than the minimum time required by law (usually 6 months), after which they will be automatically deleted or anonymized.

5. Your Data Rights

As the Service does not have an account system and does not store your historical design data, your control over your data is primarily achieved through immediate actions. You can modify or clear your design on our canvas at any time. If you have any questions about your data or wish to exercise other privacy rights, you can contact us through the means provided at the end of this policy.

6. Data Security Measures

We have implemented industry-standard security measures to protect the information you provide from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. For example, we use SSL/TLS protocols to encrypt data transmission and have established strict access control and monitoring mechanisms to protect server data.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is primarily intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you are a minor, please read this policy together with your parents or other guardians.

8. Policy Updates

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. When the terms of the policy change significantly, we will notify you through prominent placement on the main exposure pages of the product or service, or by other significant means.
